This is the story of a 4 and 7 year old and their friendship. They share an interest in sandboxes and like to build sand castles together. This video is the first in a series of videos to show how they play together, interact, and grow as friends. The video was shot with two Panasonic TM900 cameras (1080p) on a GorillaPod tripod with the HAP-POD iPad mount for one camera, which was used as a monitor for framing shots from the other camera. The intro text should be something like this: "Here's an original video of two kids playing around in sand". The video goes like this: A 7 year old boy and 4 year old girl are playing together in the sandbox. They rock the sandcastle they built around to make it fall down. The boy starts to build a sandcastle with a bucket of sand. He pours the sand from the bucket into a small hole he dug out in the middle of his castle. Girl watches as he does this. Girl joins in and helps him fill up the hole with sand from another bucket. As she fills up her hole, she also makes a pathway that leads into her castle by pouring extra sand over to where she wants it to go, because there is no pathway going there yet. Girl goes to another section of the sandbox and starts to build a tower-like structure where she wants it to go. Boy sees what she is doing and has an idea. He calls Girl over. Girl walks over to him. Girl asks, "What?" Boy says, "Look." Girl looks at the castle structure he's talking about. Boy says, "Oh I know what I'm gonna do!" Girl asks, "What? What are you gonna do?" Boy replies, "I'm gonna build this." Then he points to the pathway that leads into her castle that she just made with all that extra sand. Girl says, "OK." Boy says, "And this." And points to his castle. Girl asks, "What's that?" Boy responds, "I'm just gonna do that w/o the pathway into my castle." Girl explodes with excitement saying, "Yay! You're gonna let me build my castle!" Boy replies, "Yeah. But first I gotta build this." Then he points to his tower-like structure in the middle of the sandbox. Then he says again, "I'm gonna build this!" Then pokes at her castle with his shovel. Girl says, "Ooh it's tuff!" Boy replies with a grin on his face, "Yup. It's tuff." Then girl asks, "Can we play one two three?" Boy replies, "Yeah. One two three!" He's excited. Production: The video was shot with 2 Panasonic TM900 cameras with a GorillaPod tripod and a HAP-POD iPad mount. The audio comes from a set of Audio Technica AT822 portable condenser microphones that were used to record the audio with a Tascam DR-05 digital audio recorder. The video was edited with Final Cut Pro X on a Macbook Pro laptop.

A sequel was made about this sandbox which is located in the same location as the first video .
